1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items can only be returned after they have been physically received
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items may be tried on but not worn for extended use
- Returns of multiple-size orders intended for partial return are not permitted
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@alexandercharlottevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China)
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or additional shipping fees
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected at the return facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
4. Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the provided return address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
